For the Client, the Design Build process brings simplicity, design excellence, and cost savings. Azaya runs the show. Azaya answers directly to the client. Our client always has access to the “person in charge” because Azaya commands the team structure. Azaya is responsible.
How did we come to realize that Design Build is best for our clients? Not only is something our clients tell us, but having built enough homes for ourselves, having been the “client” more than a few times, we have discovered first hand the best path to a successful project.
